- Customer satisfaction is paramount to Mink + Fox. Should the buyer be dissatisfied with any ready made and / or non-customized products, please contact Mink + Fox at customercare@minkfox.com within 3 days of receiving your product to discuss a mutually satisfying resolution. This includes (but is not restricted to) a refund (full or partial), product exchange of equal value should the original product no longer be available or the issuing of a coupon code equivalent to the value of the purchase.
- Once an exchange / return has been agreed upon, the product must be shipped to us within 1 week. Please select a shipping method with a tracking number. Refunds / exchanges will only take place when the product has arrived safely and is deemed by Mink + Fox to be in its original condition (ie no stains or damage).
- In the case of returns or exchanges, the buyer must cover the full postage cost of sending the product back to Mink + Fox. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pick a shipping and packaging method that ensures that the product is returned to Mink + Fox safely and in its original condition (ie no stains or damage).
- Should the product not be received by Mink + Fox in its original condition (ie if there is any damage, stains etc on the product), a full refund will not be issued and / or a product exchange will not be acceptable.In the event that this happens, Mink + Fox will work with the buyer to achieve a satisfactory resolution (ie a partial refund, the original product will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyer’s expense etc.)
- Mink + Fox will cover all return postage costs if sufficient photographs (please ensure images are clear and of a decent resolution) are provided by the buyer to ascertain that the product was received in a faulty, stained or damaged state.
- Refunds will only be made to the same buyer as and via the same payment method used during the original purchase.
- Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are not applicable for refunds, returns or exchanges. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for Custom Orders for more information.
- If there are no visible faults with the product (ie no damage / stains) or if there was no seller error involved (ie sending out the wrong product), a full refund or exchange is not valid unless agreed upon by Mink + Fox. Buyer’s changing of mind or personal error in purchase is not a valid reason for a full refund or exchange. However, do contact Mink + Fox in such cases to discuss a satisfactory resolution. Such scenarios will be handled on a case by case basis.
- Please DO NOT ship any products back to Mink + Fox until you have received the proper confirmation to do so (this will usually take place via email). Shipping back a product without first gaining confirmation from Mink + Fox will render the buyer ineligible for a refund or exchange. In such circumstances, it is up to Mink + Fox to decide whether a refund / exchange will take place.

[accordionitem title=”2. Products and Care”]
- Mink + Fox products are only sold at the following sites : www.minkfox.com and www.MinkAndFox.etsy.com. These are our only stores, so please be wary of third parties who claim to sell our products.
- Please understand that all products are handmade. Thus, while Mink + Fox strives to avoid this, little quirks and imperfections in product finish and measurements might be inevitable.
- The handmade nature of products mean that the buyer may receive a product that is not identical to the product photo.
- Also, there may be colour discrepancies due to different screen resolution and brightness across different devices. Mink + Fox strives to present our products in the greatest fidelity to how they look like in real life, but a product might not look exactly the same in person as it did on the screen.
- For non-customized products / products part of the General Collection, in the event that a certain coloured yarn is unavailable / out of stock, Mink + Fox reserves the right to replace it with a different yarn that is as close a match as possible without prior notice. For customized products, Mink + Fox will contact the customer to discuss alternative options.
- Handmade products are delicate and should be handled with care. Rough use and improper stretching of crocheted products will result in damage to the product. If damage is caused to the product due to improper care, this will make the product ineligible for a return, exchange or refund.
- Handmade necklaces, pet collars and trinket holders can be hand washed gently in cold or tepid (ie room temperature) water with a mild soap. Products should be left to air dry. Do not put products in a washing machine / dryer. Anti-bacterial sprays can be used to keep the product fresh between washes.
- Wooden beads used in necklaces are hand painted with non-toxic acrylic paint and are hand-finished with a water resistant sealant. Despite this, please limit the wooden beads’ contact with water and / or alcohol.
- While all necklaces are made of non-toxic material of a soft cotton / acrylic / chiffon blend, Mink + Fox does not market our necklaces as teething necklaces, nor do we recommend that they be used for such purposes.
- Pet collars and necklaces are to be used for fashion purposes and are not meant to replace a proper harness / collar / leash.

- All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). For international customers, please note that prices may fluctuate depending on the current exchange rate. This is out of the control of Mink + Fox although efforts will be made to regulate prices.
- In the event of price increases (due to increase in material cost, taxes etc), customers will be given at least one month’s notice before the new prices are implemented. For custom orders placed before the increase in prices, Mink + Fox will honour the original price discussed regardless of whether the fulfillment of the product takes place before or after a price increase.
- Mink + Fox use Paypal as a payment platform for the security and peace of mind of our customers.
- All items are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
- In order to be fair to everyone, products can not be reserved during a sale.
- Discounts and special prices will no longer be applicable once the code has expired or the sale period has ended. In order to be fair to other customers, exceptions cannot be made even if the buyer is marginally late in making the purchase UNLESS the buyer was unable to complete the purchase due to a store error (eg there was a problem checking out, the store was not functional during the time of purchase, wrong information was given by Mink + Fox etc). In such cases, Mink + Fox will honour the discounted price.
- Sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. (This does not apply to products purchased using coupon codes; returns / refunds / exchanges for such products are the same as regularly priced products.)

[accordionitem title=”5. Shipping and Turaround Times”]
- Unless stated, all products listed in the store are made to order and will generally require a turnaround time of 3 to 6 working days before shipping.
- Ready made products will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days of receiving payment.
- Custom products will be subject to a turnaround time of 10 to 15 working days.
- Please note that the turnaround time for all products does not include the shipping time, which differs based on country. Please plan your purchases with this in mind, especially if you intend to purchase items for gifts.
- Turnaround time for products will increase exponentially during busy periods such as holidays (eg Christmas) and / or sales. If so, the new turnaround time will be posted on the product listing in the store.
- All items are carefully and lovingly packaged for shipping to ensure that all products reach the buyer in pristine condition. This does translate into slightly heavier packages and higher packaging costs. As far as possible, Mink + Fox does subsidize the cost of shipping and handling so the shipping price listed on the parcel may differ from the actual shipping price paid.
- Domestic packages are shipped via local registered mail via Singapore Post (default shipping) unless otherwise requested by the buyer. At this time, self collection, meet ups and cash on delivery payment and or collection methods are unavailable.
- International parcels are shipped via registered airmail via Singapore Post (default shipping) or by EMS (courier shipping). For registered airmail, online tracking is only available to the point where the package departs from Singapore, although a registered article number is attached to the package for easy location by the post office. For EMS, online tracking is available for all orders.
- For local customers, Mink + Fox offers free shipping via registered mail for purchases $50 and above, and free courier shipping (next day delivery via U Parcel) for purchases $100 and above.
- For overseas customers, Mink + Fox offers free shipping via registered airmail for purchases $80 and above, and free courier shipping via EMS for purchases $180 and above.
- Discounted / free shipping coupon codes will be regularly sent via our newsletter or as part of a thank you gift with each purchase as part of certain promotional events. To enjoy these codes, it is recommended that interested buyers sign up for Mink + Fox’s newsletter (unsubscribe at anytime).

- All product designs, photography and digital artwork are the original and intellectual property of Mink + Fox, and must under no circumstances be copied without consent.
- All product photography (featured in the store, portfolio, blog posts or any form of social media) may not be used without giving Mink + Fox full credit (content must include a link back to our site { www.minkfox.com } ).
- If you would like to feature Mink + Fox or advertise our products on your personal social media accounts or blogs using your own content (ie self-taken photographs, self-written content), a link back to Mink + Fox { www.minkfox.com } is not mandatory but will be much appreciated.
- Mink + Fox retains ownership over any and all custom designs. Custom designs (semi or full) can and will be replicated for future products without giving the original buyer prior notice.

- Mink + Fox respects the privacy of all buyers and guarantees that all personal information provided will be handled with the greatest care. Your personal information is stored securely and will never be made available to third parties.
- Mink + Fox has no access to the credit and debit card details of customers; for your security, all payments are carried out via PayPal.
- Customers who provide with their email address via contact forms or purchases will automatically be subscribed to our Minklet Club Newsletter, and will receive periodic updates and exclusive discount codes and information about flash sales. You can easily unsubscribe from this service anytime, or leave us a note to opt out when first reaching out.
