• All custom made products cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Turnaround time for Custom Products are typically 10 to 15 working days. This may vary according across certain periods, so for a more accurate estimation, feel free to send us a mail at customs@minkfox.com.
• Kindly allow for some differences in colour of actual product. Due to variations in screens, colours may vary from device to device. I try to photograph my colour swatches and products as accurately as possible but there might still be a difference in the way they look in real life versus on the screen.
• Do allow for some discrepancies in measurement. Due to the subjective way that measurements are taken, there might be a 2cm to 3cm difference in the final product. I will be following the measurements you provide, so please ensure that those are as accurate as possible.
• A mandatory deposit will be collected upon the confirmation of each custom order. This deposit is deductible from the cost of the final product. However, should you change your mind or decide that you do not wish to purchase the final product for any reason (including but not restricted to: buyer’s change of mind, unable to reach buyer, final product is not up to buyer’s expectations etc), this deposit will not be refunded.
• Once your custom product is completed, it will be listed in the store as a Custom Listing. Please purchase this product within one week. If the product is not purchased after one week, you will be sent a final email reminder. If the product is still not purchased then, we will take it that you have decided not to purchase the product. Your deposit will not be refunded and your product will be re-listed for sale to the public.
• Should you not purchase the final product for any reason (including but not restricted to: buyer’s change of mind, unable to reach buyer, final product is not up to buyer’s expectations etc), Mink + Fox reserves the right to list the product for sale in our store.
• Custom designs are not exclusive. Mink + Fox reserves the right to create similar products for future orders.
• Please be consistent in communicating with us. I will be providing pictures and updates throughout the customization process to keep you in the loop. This gives you the chance to request for any changes along the way. I aim to keep within the 10 to 15 days turnaround time; however, if there are delays in your replies to my questions, this would result in a longer wait for your product to be ready.
